The Farmers Club is a unique fellowship of those involved in and with United Kingdom agriculture.
Based in Whitehall Court, London, it reaches out to embrace and be of service to all of its members, who wholly own and run the Club.
Two-thirds of these members are farmers, with the rest drawn from people associated with the UK farming industry.

There are twenty local branches of lAgrM, each with its own programme of meetings and farm visits.
The Objectives of the Institute of Agricultural Management
To promote high standards in the business and practice of management in Agriculture.
To promote training in management understanding, skills and experience.
To encourage the provision and attainment of professional qualifications in the principles and practice of agricultural management.

The Institute is a registered charity and is funded almost entirely by membership subscriptions.

  • Commodity selling prices and the weather are top concerns for European farmers

    An in-depth survey of 3,000 European farmers in six countries has indicated that commodity selling pricing is the most important concern for farmers in three European countries, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, with it being the second most important concern of farmers in Great Britain and France. The next most frequent concern was, unsurprisingly, the weather, which was selected by farmers in four countries surveyed, Germany, Great Britain, Poland and the Czech Republic.

    An in-depth annual survey of European farmers has indicated much greater interest and optimism for crops grown for renewable energy among German farmers, compared to their counterparts in the Great Britain
