IBR-Ltd launches new service for the Professional Pest Control Market
September 1st 2010
PESTLINK represents a quarterly opportunity to engage with technicians via the independence of IBR-Ltd.
We will recruit technicians who operate in the target sector (Domestic, Rural, Catering, Food processing)
We will arrange a discussion forum in which clients can buy 20mins worth of time for their own bespoke questions.
IBR-Ltd will facilitate all discussions in the absence of clients to optimise open and honest feedback
We will then report back to clients the responses to your questions along with a common area of a further 20 minutes discussion.
Each discussion will last just over 1.5hrs (100 minutes).
A discussion guide will be produced that encompasses the four clients questions and is complemented by some more general shared questions.
Each client only receives a report on the responses to their bespoke questions and the common areas of discussion.
Why use PESTLINK? - Our experiences have shown that technicians are often influenced by suppliers rather than manufacturers of products and services. In order to market and develop products effectively; honest independent feedback is important—you need to know the facts, not what your routes to market think you want to hear!
PESTLINK is a cost effective vehicle for engaging with users, the shared set-up costs enable significant savings for any one individual client. Timely answers to timely questions, without incurring the full cost of a focus group.
