New Project Manager for Independent Business Resource Limited (IBR-Ltd)

Marsha Beckingham has been appointed as Project Manager for Independent Business Resource Limited (IBR-Ltd).

“We are delighted that Marsha is joining us at a time of company expansion. Her new role as a Project Manager will involve a range of tasks from market research studies, administration of Kleffmann business, as well as new business generation. This is an important appointment as we expand our business, not only with Kleffmann panels, but also other market research initiatives. David Dower remains our lead on market research, but Marsha’s skills will complement those of the team and provide a further experienced resource to cope with the increase in commissions,” says Roger Pratchett, Director of IBR-Ltd.

He reports that Marsha is trained in the full range of research techniques, both quantitative and qualitative, completing her Market Research Society Foundation and Certificate in 1998.  “She has run specific project types including customer segmentation and profiling, pre and post launch evaluation, brand development, marketing strategy and customer satisfaction. She is an excellent communicator at all levels with a background customer service.”

Biography
Marsha is a graduate from Hull University and is an experienced market researcher with thirteen years’ experience in qualitative and quantitative techniques. She started her career at Produces Studies (latterly Promar International) in 1997. She started work in consumer research, primarily involved in FMCG and Agri-food sectors. After the acquisition of the Promar International research divisions in 2003, Marsha joined Precision Prospecting, a Research Driven Marketing company, specialising in agriculture, animals and food, working for them until recently. During this time she gained considerable experience in conducting a wide range projects throughout the food chain, from evaluating new fungicides with agronomists to assessing new food products with consumers. She is a member of the Market Research Society and abides by their Code of Conduct.
