Market Research

HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS?

  • What challenges affect their business?

  • Who really are the decision makers?

  • How do you measure up to the other suppliers to your customers?

  • What influences your clients decision making?

  • Is your product right for them?

  • How are you really perceived?

IBR-Ltd's own research activities can help you gain insight into these and many more unanswered questions, our work covers both client based commission's as well as assisting other agencies as a trusted outsource agency to assist in delivering their research objectives. Like many other business activities, Market research as a service business, is exposed to the peaks and troughs of work flow related to commissioned business. Whilst many agencies will have syndicated studies, continuous panels and specialist report titles for which resource planning can be more predictable, many will have significant revenue streams from ad-hoc surveys for which, by definition, resource requirements are notoriously difficult to predict.

IBR-Ltd has assisted many agencies in being a trusted, reliable and efficient resource available to act either as a remote outsource agency or to work as a complement to the agency's own in-house team to bring about the successful and timely delivery of a project.
